Important For Your Protection

By accepting this shipment, the transportation company acknowledges that shipment was delivered to them in Good Condition & Properly Packed. Any loss or damage, which occurs while in route, will be solely the responsibility of the carrier.

Visible Damage or Shortage

If shipment is visibly damaged or the number of cartons does not correspond with the delivery receipt, have delivery agent note on delivery receipt the nature and extent of the damages. Call us immediately so that we may file a claim on your behalf.

If damage is unnoticed until carton is unpacked, notify us immediately so that we may file a claim on your behalf, or have the damaged items picked up and returned for repair or replacement. This notification must be made within 5 days of receipt of the shipment. Retain the carton and packing materials until shipment is inspected and claim is settled.

We Accept No Responsibility For Merchandise Damaged In Transit. Claims For Loss Or Damage Must Not Be Deducted From Our Invoice Nor Payment Withheld Awaiting Settlement Of Claim.
